We went to Gringo’s to try to watch a game and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. The waitress we had must have been having an off night because she was not enthused with us. We arrived asking to watch a hockey game, was seated then ignored. My partner found someone to put the game on, the waitress came over unimpressed with us asking if we want anything - we ordered drinks. Time goes by, we are wanting to order dinner and she doesn’t come back to us. We watched her mosey around the not busy establishment then watched her on her phone for awhile before my partner had enough and came to her to order our dinner. Basic meals. She gave us attitude then for some reason we had another waitress out of no where. really great place to chill and watch a game.  was there last night for the lions play off game.  waitresses delivered free shots two times, drinks were great, food was good (bar food), fun pool tables, ping pong, arcade games, darts.  air conditioning awesome. friendly service.  highly recommend to watch a game!  great addition to the jaco area. now, if they get karaoke I will be stoked.:)

It was all smiles visiting Gringos Sports Bar! This spot offers ice cold AC and beers to cool off during the hot Jaco days.

A family friendly place that features darts, pool, ping pong table, and arcade games.

The quality of the food is also fantastic. A lot of great traditional American dishes including burgers, salads, chicken, and wings.

I was fortunate enough to meet one of the “Gringos” owners during my visit. Genuine, friendly, and great service.

Love the A/C. Sometimes when looking for a place to eat in this heat, what is the detrmining factor is honestly A/C. Great place to hang with all the games, also can't wait to watch the next fight Saturday night there! Should be a blast! Definitely worth checking out next time your in Jaco! Tourists and Locals welcome
